About Renting
Payment A deposit equal to 50% of the rental is required to reserve orders in advance, with the balance due upon receipt of equipment. If an early pick-up is requested, a 20% charge will be added to your order.
Delivery Scheduled AM or PM deliveries are made at a minimal fee throughout the metro area. Delivery is to the door at street level. If it is to be up or downstairs or at some distant location, there will be an additional charge
Special containers are provided for china, silver, glassware, etc. to insure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged, and "table ready". Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place on delivery. Our count of items must be accepted unless we are notified IMMEDIATELY.
Pick-Up All china, silver, utensils, etc. should be washed and re-packed in the same containers as received. Linen should be free of food and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs must be knocked down and stacked in a dry area ready for pick-up. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
Loss or Damage Responsibility for equipment remains with the customers from the time of delivery or possession to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We Do charge for missing, broken, burned, or damaged items.
Prices subject to change without notice. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required on all reservations.
